StoneSole Jade Therapy

StoneSole Jade Therapy is a reflexology treatment using hot and cold stones and crystals to deepen relaxation and healing.

Using hot basalt and jade, the stones add warmth, bringing the deepest level of relaxation.

Cold marble and crystals, by contrast, help to flush, cleanse, balance and re-energise. Cold is used to sooth inflamed, congested areas, refreshing and revitalising the body and the mind.

During the treatment, we alternate the application of hot and cold, helping to strengthen the circulatory system, supporting the body's own self-healing mechanisms.

When jade stones are heated they bring a natural FAR Infra-red light energy to the treatment, helping the body to heal damaged tissue, stimulate collagen, improve flow of lymph and much more.

This treatment really works on calming the nervous system, rebalances energy, reduces tension, leaving you feeling grounded, restored and deeply relaxed.
